Creation of the Verrerie d’Arques.

1950

Thanks to the Marshall Plan, the first glass-blowing machines are installed.

1958

Arcoroc® is created. The brand is specialized in the production of tempered glasses.

1960

Automation of stem glass production for the first time in France.

1966

Creation of a sales subsidiary in the United States.

1982

Creation of Durand Glass Manufacturing Company (DGMC), a production subsidiary, based in Millville, NJ

2000

The Verrerie Cristallerie d’Arques changes its name and becomes Arc International.

2003

Industrial setting up in China, birth of AGN: Arc Glass Nanjing.

2004

Following the buyout of Rak Glass, creation of AIME: Arc International Middle East in United Arab Emirates.

2006

Creation of AIB: Arc International Brazil.

2007

Creation of Chef & Sommelier®.

2008

1 billion balloon glasses sold, a world record for Arc International.
